There is no" shelf life " of a wooden house – it can be 100 years, or even 400. Compliance with certain requirements for their construction and operation is crucial in this matter. The main factor influencing the durability of the house is the quality of the building material. Like other construction companies, we provide a 10–year warranty for our services, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, we consider the service life to be 50 years.
You can buy a ready-made modular house directly at the exhibition site or order the production of a house. The production of a house according to your wishes takes from 4 weeks. It all depends on the complexity of the project and the workload of production lines. On average, in 5 weeks you will receive a ready-made modular house with connection or a house kit on your site.
Complete absence of bureaucracy. The main document is the contract for the purchase of a house.
The construction of an ordinary private house involves mandatory registration of documents. In the case of a modular design, there is no such need. However, you can draw up the documents as you wish — and then you will officially own real estate.
