How to become a BUDMALL homeowner

To order a house from us, you just need to take 7 steps

We are the owners of 6 exhibition venues – this is the largest chain in Ukraine. We are waiting for you in Kyiv, Lviv, Ternopil, Uzhgorod, Zhytomyr, and Chernivtsi. At the exhibition venues, you can get professional advice and see firsthand the quality of our homes.

We have prepared more than 50 standard projects that we build using 4 different technologies. If none of the projects suits you, our architects will develop an individual project for your home, taking into account your character and special needs.

Each land plot is unique. To take into account all possible details in advance, we try to visit all land plots where we plan to build:

- Conduct geological surveys. This will allow us to obtain the soil parameters necessary to design the foundation of the house.

- Carry out geodetic work. This will help to "plant" the house on the land plot in the best possible way, taking into account the terrain and orientation to the cardinal points. The results of the geodetic work will also allow you to determine the zero mark of the house and estimate the number of earthworks.

We will help you to choose a project, taking into account your needs and wishes. We will offer suitable options for houses and materials based on your budget. We will first calculate the cost of implementing the selected project. We will work out in detail with you the features of the future house: the type of foundation (based on geology data); Wall pie; roof covering; glazing; facades; engineering solutions; choose other materials; and form a technical task for project work.

After receiving geological and geodetic data and approving the concept of the house, we calculate the cost of the house and conclude a construction contract.

The agreement contains:

- calendar schedule of construction works;

  • - payment schedule;
  • - liability of the parties for non-compliance with the terms of work and payment terms;
  • - up to 10 years warranty.

After the construction is completed, you will receive a warranty certificate.

An estimate must be attached to the contract. Until the construction is completed, the amount recorded in it remains unchanged.

If you have chosen a modular house, the algorithm of actions is as follows:

- Final development of a set of drawings;

- Foundation works;

- Delivery and installation of the house on the prepared Foundation;

- Connecting utility networks.

 

For other types of houses

Design work: development of a set of drawings that are necessary for construction.

Construction works:

- Foundation works;

- production of roofing and wall structures at the plant;

- installation of a house kit on the site;

- installation of roofing structures and drainage systems;

- installation of doors and windows;

- facade works;

- installation of ventilation, sewerage, and other communications;

- decoration of the room.

You first obtain a construction permit and prepare the construction site.

Our foreman and manager will be in touch with you at any time during the entire production process.

We sign the acceptance certificate after each stage of construction is completed.

We can also develop custom landscape design, and interior design and implement it.

You receive a warranty of up to 10 years from the company and a set of rules for the operation of the house. We congratulate you and wish you a long and happy life in your new home!
