Social housing from Budmall - a quick and high-quality solution

The full-scale war in Ukraine has left thousands of Ukrainians homeless. There is a shortage of funds, and most importantly time, for the construction of traditional brick or concrete houses. We were looking for a quick and high-quality solution to increase the number of housing units, especially in the Ternopil region. That's how we came up with the idea to organise the production of modular houses.

"We were prompted to create the Budmall project by the war and the desire to rebuild the country. We have united in a cluster of woodworkers offering the best solutions for solving housing problems for temporarily displaced persons.

We offer ready-made, mobile, comfortable, affordable, energy-efficient, environmentally friendly turnkey housing from Ukrainian manufacturers, without unnecessary bureaucracy and in a short time."- explains the vice-president of the National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce of Ukraine, owner of "BUDMALL.Center " Taras Demkura.

Give housing to a Ukrainian family

Today, Budmal offers 7 variants of multi-storey prefabricated buildings designed specifically to accommodate temporarily displaced persons. We invite territorial communities, businesses, and government to cooperate with the association. We guarantee the construction of high-quality housing in the shortest possible time at the lowest prices. This is our contribution to the reconstruction of the country, supporting the population and preserving the economy.

On August 18, 2022, Koncha Zaspa Park hosted a presentation of the Project “Give Housing to a Ukrainian Family”. The charity event was organized by the NGO "House of the Ukrainian Family", "Let's rebuild Ukraine Together" and the Association of Representatives of the Ukrainian woodworking industry Ukrainian Wooden Houses Cluster, aimed at restoring the housing stock of Ukraine, which was significantly damaged during the fighting.

In early September, one of the houses from the Budmall exhibition area was handed over to the family that was most affected by the fighting. Later, three more entrepreneurs joined this project.
