Frame technology has long been widely used in individual residential construction. The first wooden frame structures were built in Europe more than five centuries ago, and they became most widespread with the development of high-tech construction at the end of the 20th century.

 

A reliable and comfortable wooden house using frame technology has a relatively low price, so it is a profitable and rational solution. The service life is 50-70 years. Factory production of frame houses allows us to maintain minimum humidity (16-18%) of wooden components, which ensures their durability. The load-bearing part of the building is a wooden frame, and the enclosing part is insulation (usually mineral wool) combined with wind, hydro and vapour barrier films or membranes.

Thanks to this distribution, a frame house is characterized by high heat saving performance.

 

The wall of a wooden frame house in the section looks like this:

- interior paneling (preferably drywall or wooden clapboard);

- vapor barrier film;

- frame structure with insulation;

- windproof membrane;

- exterior cladding;

- facade cladding and insulation.

 

Utilities are installed inside the "pie". The design has high energy efficiency and meets all modern requirements for housing for comfortable living in any climate zone of Ukraine.

The house is manufactured at the factory within a few months and installed on the site at a rate of 50 m2 per work shift. All materials we use are certified for quality and environmental friendliness. By choosing a frame house, you will receive an average of up to 60% savings on heating compared to a traditional brick house. The house is built using either non-combustible or damping materials. The house structure can withstand up to 8 points on the Richter scale thanks to flexible materials. At the start of production, architects, designers and economists make a full calculation of the cost of the house, which makes it possible to provide a full fixed price for the finished house without changes during construction.
